Thanks. Well as for the types of deals I'm trying to work on, I'm leaning towards Assignments/Wholesales for starters, but I'd like to find out more about land investing eventually. I heard that's where the most money could be made, with the right due diligence. To be honest with you, I'd be willing to work in any of the areas of real estate investing. Hope that helps.

I'm new to this site here and although I'm quite new to real estate investing. I have attended a Rich Dad, Poor Dad real estate investing seminar and have read a few things here and there. What I'm looking for is a partnership/mentorship. Basically, from what I've learned is that "time" is our most precious commodity. What I'm hoping to find is someone that could use the help of someone to do the leg work on some potential deals in exchange for mentoring. Ideally, I would hope to find some people that this could possibly turn into a partnership at some time in the future. Anyone interested is free to get a hold of me. Thanks!
