Thanks @Jacob Lea-Kelly, I think I'd be looking to start with single family and 2/3/4-plexes.  Just looking to learn all I can now so I can start investing next year once I've got my seed fund built.

Hi all,

Just wanted to introduce myself as a new member in Buffalo, NY.  Finishing off my personal debt snowball this year, and planning to start some investing next year.  Mostly will be looking for buy and hold homes to rent for long term cash flow.  Looking forward to learning all that I can from the forums here.  Thanks.
