Looking for recommendation for a mentor in commercial real estate investing. I am in the Bay Area, CA but wiling to invest anywhere in USA. I have been investing locally in real estate mostly residential ( rentals, new construction, JV, fix/flip, first deed of trust etc) but want to scale up. Willing to invest and learn with someone. Have funds to deploy.
