Bill Gulley Thanks that really clarifies it. So, even if the 2% or 50% rule is added, there isn't a clear measure of the HOA fees attached?

I'm a new investor and I know there are a lot of pros and cons to owning an Condo as an investment, based on forums read. However, I'd like to know if anyone has used a successful strategy to either Quick-turn a condo or have positive cash-flow from one. I'd like to hear and learn from your experiences.

I'm a new investor and I'm currently looking to understand how to better evaluate the market through running comps. However, I've attended several workshops and heard 14+ different ideas on running comps. What would be the best and simplest way to run and apply comps in a wholesale investment strategy???
