I agree that if you have the min capital, the time and the experience, what you suggested is a very powerful approach to growing your wealth.

It is a tradeoff for sure.

How might an investor with low capital and/or low amount of time and expertise enter the world of single family investments and enjoy the benefits we all know exist?

Also, if you have, say, $250K to invest, an argument can be made that it might be better to put $50K in 5 properties than $250K in a single one.

what about the single family that would deter you from exploring an investment?

Our structure is similar to a regular GP/LP relationship. LPs are passive and the GP makes all decisions and runs the business.
