Joe, we are currently developing single family spec duplex/condo style properties here in Austin, TX. 

I've waited a really long time to post and introduce myself. I've learned so much from you all that it would be unfair not to thank you and acknowledge the wealth of information I've received.

I was convinced by my business partner, @lamarcannon, that I need to become more active and expand my network, so I will. I am here in the Austin, TX market as an investor/ Realtor taking advantage of the opportunities that arise.

I am currently focused on doing more new development projects and less wholesale / retail deals. I am also learning a lot about the new rules and regulations regarding crowdfunding to raise capital for future ventures.
