Happy Friday BP fam!

Hope you are all doing well. I am looking at assets in select Eastern PA markets (Allentown, Upper Darby, Reading). My target asset type is the 20 to 80-unit residential B and C Class property. Does anyone have a reputable PMC they would recommend?
