Hello BP,

My name is Tysheena or Ty I am currently a full time employee ready to start real estate investing to prepare for my future. I have attended multiple seminars and local REI meetings , but still afraid to jump out on my own. I am interested in wholesaling an rentals for now.

I have been monitoring BP for a while now its a great community to learn & connect. I am looking for someone in the DMV area  who I can coat- tail  or even find deals for to improve my current knowledge!
