@Rich Ramjatan

Preciate the feedback. Any books or sources that you would recommend me to look into?

I am 33 years old. First time home owner as of 2019. Engaged with two kids and a dogs. Never invested in real estate. Have some friends that are realtors and contractors that want me to join them in flipping houses. Mentioned “Hard Money Loans”. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

A little bit about me. I’m 33 years old, and just purchased my first home in 2019. Engaged with two kids and a dog. I have a steady paying job making close to 90k/year. My biggest goal in life is for my money to make me money. I’ve been considering getting into real estate. Had some friends who are real estate agents and contractors mention to me “Hard Money Loans” Any advice would be greatly appreciated. What are some realistic expectations? Also suggestions that would help me prepare for it?
