I found a property that I interested in purchasing and flipping. I ran a real property search and identified the owner. The address is showing as the same on the property. I tried finding the owner in 411.com but no luck. Any recommendations for tracking down phone numbers to make contact?

I am new to buying and flipping homes. I have a little more than $10,000 saved to invest. Is it possible to invest for a return with this amount of capital to start or do I need to save more coin??
