I was on the homepage looking under tools for some kind of form of skip tracing to find owners total and complete information, or is there either an website or free downable app?

in-depth information, concerning trailers or trailer parks when it comes to rehab,buy&holds,fix&flips, rentals, and wholesaling.

when it comes to trailers, can you use the same information, tactics, and tools provided on bp, to have success, or being that's totally different marketing, I would have to take a different route?

 I would like to know, is there a phone script either through/on bigger pockets, online, or somewhere you can suggest, that I can use to negotiate a deal with a motivated seller to be able to get a contract if so I'd appreciate it thanks?

for your very speedy concise response, and I'm sorry for my very late, and much-appreciated reply, I've been going through a lot, plus this virus thing didn't help it any, you would've thought by me having to spend more time home and in I would've read and answered a lot of emails up here and elsewhere sorry again and thanks again.

what is a good formula if any to go by when presenting to seller with profit margin included?

I'm a new rei, from what I gathered wholesaling is the way to go for newbies such as myself.

It's the best way to go, to get deals done fairly quickly, without a lot of out of pocket cash, credit, and repairs/remodeling.

If so my question is what do I go out after first the seller(motivated) or a buyer(to build a list), everywhere I've googled everyone has a different opinion.

In either case, where are the best places to find motivated sellers, secondly how do I build my buyers list, thanks for any or all help provided?
