First I would like to thank anyone in advance for any response. If you are wholesaling should you form an LLC or another form of company?

I would like to know how do you find phone numbers for the owners of potential leads? I went through the city code violation department to get a list of properties and used the tax assessor website to get addresses but it did not provide any phone numbers. I am in the state of Georgia so anyone familiar with this state and how to obtain that info, reply or pm me. 

@ Antwuan Everson, I would love to do that. I was thinking about doing direct mailing because they way that i found the leads I couldn't find phone numbers for the owners, just addresses.

I am in Cobb County, Ga and I'm considering getting started in wholesaling. I have read the Ultimate Beginner's Guide that is available on biggerpockets. My problem is I don't know how to go about putting it into action. I have found some leads but don't know what to do with them. Any advice would be great.
