I wanted to know if anybody would be interested in me starting a zoom meeting. I can do them once a month or however much is needed. It will be a great way for investors, wholesalers, and whoever is in Realestate to get to know each other and help each other. Is anyone interested? If so what date and time is best for you all?

I would use propstream and if you plan on buying cash I would use propstream to see which cities have a low amount of cash buyers then that would be great to invest. If you are financing I would say an area that is close to you, especially if you’re renting out homes so that you will be able to access your property in a timely manner.
