Tucson definitely has all the indicators you look for when it comes to economic growth. That combined with much higher prices in the larger metro to our north, Phoenix, has really driven a lot of people to the city. Unfortunately the high cost of building right now has continued to limit our inventory. Thanks to all of that looks like we ended up on the list for highest appreciation and rent growth. 😊

People forgo money for confidence and convenience. Your offer would need to provide confidence and convenience to the seller at a higher level than listing with an agent or you would need to offer more than they would net with an agent.

Hey everyone. I host the Old Pueblo REI Club meetups every month. Because we have more of an open format instead of having the meeting dominated by a speaker it tends to be a great opportunity to connect. Due to COVID we are meeting virtually. I will be posting the information for the next meetup today in the meetup section of the forums but also feel free to message me and I can get you the info that way.

@Thomas Ingrao call a couple agents and find one that will make the offer you want or call the listing agent directly.

If it wasn't clear I am operating in Tucson and the greater Tucson area (Sahuarita, Green Valley, Oro Valley, Catalina, unincorporated Pima County) but I also travel south towards Sierra Vista almost weekly and would be open to expanding that way as well.

So I am in a posistion where I have the capital and bandwith to take on more flip and wholesale properties. But what I am having trouble doing is increasing deal flow while also keeping those projects on track. So what I am looking for is newer investors or really anyone who is interested in assisting in partnering up. The would focus their time on lead generation while focus on the projects and continue to lead generate. I would also be open to mentoring anyone who is newer on the rehab process and bringing value to them in any way I can.
