To attract partners or investors for your first BRRRR and Section 8 deal, prepare a strong deal analysis, find a real estate partner, structure the partnership using equity split, debt partnership, or joint venture, secure financing, be transparent about your experience, leverage your long-term vision, and offer value to potential partners. By being prepared, persistent, and offering value, you'll increase your chances of finding someone willing to work with you.

Good luck!

Thank you for the information. Look forward to the future.

Hello, I am needing help with my first BRRRR

My plan is to rent out using Section 8. My goal is to eventually invest in commercial multifamily but just need to start. So far I have found a couple of deals that could be a great cashflow BRRRR.

Looking for an experience investor thats open to partner with me on my first one.

Hi Tylin, doing BRRRR deals will definetely be the best way to build wealth. Dallas might be a tough market because it is hard to cashflow positively. I have found it easier to this in the midwest.

Yes, I plan on BRRRR where I am from which is St Louis, MO.

If you have not started with a house-hack first then you should definitely do that to get started in real estate investing!

Thank you, I currently have a mortgage so I don’t think that is a option unless its a work around.

It can still be an option. Talk to a lender, but as long as you find something that's worth the same value as your current place or more you can make it happen!

Okay great, I will find some lenders that will do that. Thank you for the information. Looking forward to investing.
