Hello Everyone,

I am going to drive for dollars for the first time this weekend and would like to know where I find the following information after finding a distressed property. Is there a local tax assessor website for Oregon or do I just go to the courthouse and they can pull information for me?

1.Owner Name

2.Mailing Address

3.Year Purchased

4.Last Sold Date

First time doing this so anything helps.

Thanks!

Hello Everyone,

I am new to the Bigger Pockets community and also new to real estate investing. I am from Beaverton, Oregon and would like to start wholesaling properties. My long term goal is to open up my own LLC and have a portfolio full of rental properties and multi family units and I figured wholesaling would be a great way to start that goal. I have been watching YouTube videos religiously until a local investor pointed me in The BP direction. I would like to connect with as many BP members as possible to learn as much as I can. If anyone has any advice for a new investor/wholesaler I would love to hear it! If you are local I am up to meet for some coffee and talk About anything real estate. Again hello and I Am glad i found BP!
