Hi I’m Tyler, and I’m trying to find an off market deal in the Houston area. What’s the best strategy to do so, and what platforms are the best and easiest to use. I’ve talked with yellow letters for mail outs, so that’s covered, but what about cold calling? Should I do both. Facebook ads or google ads? Which gets the best results. Thank you in advance!

What contract do you use when doing a wholesale deal? I’m a rookie investor and would like to try the wholesaling side of it. Any tips and tricks would be awesome thank you!!!

@Jeff Wallace I like to save my money. I’ve saved 5k just this month. I’m super excited about how fast I’m gaining capital. How much should I plan on saving up before I do get my first property

@Moises R Cosme my ultimate goal is to retire in my 30’s and eventually get into multifamily apartment complexes. 30+ units or so, rv resort, storage units, and etc. I’ve been working for about a month now and I already have 5k saved so in a year that makes 60k if I continue doing the same thing.

I want to get a house that needs some work around 50k 70k. How much would I need to save and what are some good tips

I got my real estate license about a year ago and am working with a brokerage, but I just haven’t had to much luck making any sales. I would like to invest in real estate, but being an agent, I only make money when I make a sale. I was wondering if anyone on this group had any type of job for me to do.

Hey everyone! 😁I hope everyone is doing great. I have had an interest in investing in real estate for a while now. I went to school and got my real estate license a year ago. Having a license is a massive plus because you really get to know the ins and outs of how real estate transactions work. You also get to network with lots of people. I am wanting to invest on the east side of Houston, TX. I am wanting an investor to just show me the ropes on how to buy and hold or anything honestly. I just need help finding a mentor in my area. Any feedback that you may have, please don’t be shy and let me know. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
