I generally prefer an Airbnb or VRBO over a hotel. Most often I travel to areas where there are not hotels and I love the chance to have a more authentic experience when traveling. I love the consistency of the hotels along with the added amenities they provide.

I am looking for a local Real Estate Agent in Eastern Idaho. From the Idaho Falls area as far north as Asthon. I am looking to either buy land or buy a place that I can turn into a short-term rental that I can use occasionally when it's not booked. Thanks for your help. I am fairly new to the forum.

I have been listening to Brandon Turner's book through Audible and am looking for the extra forms that are free but cannot find them. Can someone help me find those. Applications, screening tenants, etc.
