Hello, my name is Tyler Stump. I recently graduated high school and have used my new freedom to pursue real estate. Currently working on my license, I have many goals outside of becoming the youngest and hardest working agent in Tampa. I have many questions regarding the legal aspects of real estate and for example, how I can personally use a LLC to protect myself/assets I will be acquiring in the future.

I would love to get in contact with any person with these types of qualifications to have a coffee and get to have some conversation! Thank you for your time.

@Dan Sheeks

Absolutely I would love to have a chat some time. Shoot me a text at (813) 997-9696. Thank you for your reply!

@Luke Rorech

Hey Luke,

I really appreciate the kinds words and guidance. I see you are from the Tampa area and have experience in wholesale real estate? Would you mind having a conversation sometime about your experience?

Thank you for the reply.

@Joel Calkins

Hey Joel,

I will for sure be giving you a text or call very soon! I’m very impressed with your ambition and dedication.

Keller Williams is a brokerage I need to look into. I mostly have been talking with local agents who are independent brokers.

Having a chat with you would be awesome, I’d love to hear from someone who was just in the position was in. Thank you for your reply!

@Nathan G.

Hey Nathan, thank you for your reply.

I’m 100% going to be buying that book tonight, sounds like a fantastic read. What you just described is exactly what I want to be more knowledgeable about. Thanks!

Hello,

My name is Tyler Stump, I am a graduating 2021 senior in a Tampa, Florida high school graduating in a week.

Starting around January 2020, I’ve invested hours of my time studying up on real estate and already started my 1st pre-license course. Reading BP posts has helped me understand concepts in the past, but now I am in a critical position and in need of some advice from the best.

A few generic questions I’ve been struggling with:

After obtaining my license, what would be the best route to be at a level, which I can start comfortably flipping properties or securing rental properties? Typically, what kind of capital am I gonna be needing to run my first deal?

I’m hoping to start off in an elite brokerage who produces the best outcomes for its associates, but I am lost how to find one?

It’s my goal to expand my network of relations around my current market- Tampa. However, I’m lost on how I can meet and expand relations to some successful RE investors/ attorneys? Is there online or in person events I can go to?
