Hello my name is Tyler Simmons. I am 22 years old, I have saved 70k and looking to use it to invest in real estate. My question if you had to start over from scratch How would you do it? I plan on the buy and hold strategy My goal is to own 10 single family homes within 10 years if that helps any.

I have a settlement coming in January it’s for 30k but I can get the rest which is about 120k that’s spread out over time all at once and after lawyer cost and all that I’ll have around 100k my question is should I try to start with 30 or get 100 and maybe buy a couple homes flip them get my capital higher and then start buying rental property any help is greatly appreciated

I am 21 years old and in January I’m looking to buy my first unit or units. I will be receiving a check for 30k and my question is. would it be better to buy a couple mobile homes or one single family home. Thanks for any help.
