Hello :) I have a tricky spot I'd like to run by you all to see if you can help me. I have a lease in place with 4 tenants. The lease ends on 9/14/18 and a 60 day written notice is required in order to exit the agreement, per the lease. One of the tenants texted me today 8/29/18 saying that he wants out of the lease. What would be the best practice in this situation? Allowing him out of the agreement today would be leaving the other tenants in an unfair spot in my opinion as well as theirs. I'd like to do what's fair to everyone involved and my thought is as of now to give the other tenants 60 days to find a new tenant to join the lease before writing a new one. Thoughts? Thanks in advance for your help!!

Hello all,

I just finished up majority of my renovations on my new home and now I am struggling to get all the dry wall and construction dust removed for good.  Does anyone know a good cleaning service in Olrando that may be able to help me out?  I've tried quite a few places and have received little response, or they were commercial only.  Any help is very much appreciated!

Thanks Alexa!  If I didn't get in through the Fannie Mae FirstLook Program (I have to live there for a year before resell or renting) I would definitely take your advice about washer/dryer, but I figured it was a good excuse to upgrade them in this case.

Would you happen to know any good contractor's in Orlando that produce quality kitchen remodels for a fair price?

Hello All,

I am embarking on my first complete renovation and I'm at the point where I need to buy appliances.  I need new EVERYTHING and I was hoping I could gather some insight on where I could find the best values at?  Maybe a place that offers especially good package rates when purchasing Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven(s), Microwave, Washer, Dryer, & Water Heater all at once?

Thanks in advance for your help!!
