Hi everyone, I plan on starting a side hustle that involves me offering multiple services to people in my surrounding area. My services could be anything from unclogging a toilet, changing brakes on your vehicle, or mowing your lawn/shoveling your driveway. Everything is dependent on what the customer is willing to pay of course. The reason I need a garage is because I currently don't have one to work on cars in. I'm sure someone with a rental property/retail space has a garage that isn't being used and that I can rent monthly. I prefer something close to uptown but I'm open to ideas. What I'm looking for: -Atleast 10x10 or larger -Something I can access at any time but mostly between 4:00 p.m. And midnight -preferably heated but I can find alternative ways to heat it. -Secured or can find a way to be secured The reason I'm doing this is to create more cash flow to invest in my own properties. Thanks! Wish you all the best!
Hi Brian, I have been attending the MNreia meetings and they allow you to attend your first meeting for free. Does MMHA do the same for newcomers? Thanks

Hello everyone,

I found bigger pockets through a good friend of mine in real estate and have been actively listening to the podcasts while working two jobs. I've also been attending the MNreia monthly meetings and trying to grasp as much information as I can about real estate investing.

My goal as of right now is to find a mentor that is willing to teach me how to find and evaluate wholesale deals around the Minneapolis area.

I'm looking to build up experience, capital, and a portfolio of properties so that I can scale according to my real estate goals. I would like to get a good grasp on the business so that I can gain the trust of successful investors that have similar goals as I do.

I have a college education as well as experience ranging from construction all the way to managing multi family properties in the dinkytown area.

I look forward to learning more about the business as well as everyone in the forums!

Thanks!

Tyler
