Post: Seeking Real Estate CRM Experience

I have seen talk about Salesforce, Podio, Hubspot, FollowUpBoss, BoomTown as some real estate CRM's. Being a Salesforce admin myself, I am curious if there is a way such as a part time gig to get experience working with a real estate specific CRM? Do big brokerages typically use their own customized CRM, in which you can only get experience if you are employed with them? Do brokerages hire CRM admins to do more of the tech work?

Would love to explore this little niche and even possibly help out smaller investors who could benefit from getting a system off the ground and running!

Quote from @ELI MER:

Thanks all

In my search for the perfect CRM system, I am looking for one that can handle all my communication needs, such as logging email, call recording, SMS, MMS, and other forms of communication, as well as provide the ability to call, text, and email directly from the system. I also need a system that can help me manage my sales opportunities and pipeline, and is fully customizable to meet my specific business needs.

I am particularly interested in learning more about how Salesforce can help with all of these requirements, including its integration with Google contacts, drip campaigns, and automations. I would greatly appreciate your feedback and recommendations if anyone has experience using Salesforce for real estate purposes.

Thank you all for your insights and suggestions, and I look forward to hearing from you!

Have you gotten anywhere with the Salesforce piece of this yet? I am a certified Salesforce admin and although I have not used the platform for real estate yet, I know it can be done. I'd be interested if you have gotten any new big info yet?

@Jevon Shaw I came to this thread because I am also a SF admin and was curious if investors mainly use other crms or Salesforce. How long have you been an admin? Do you own properties or new to investing? Nice to meet you!

@Chow Ahmed Thanks for the response! I will check out Realtor.com. I haven't tried much out yet besides a basic google search haha. Listings on Zillow show estimated insurance, possible HOA fees, but no specifics with the things I mentioned. I'll be sure to refer back to this or connect with you if I find a good approach to estimating these expenses.

Hi everyone!

I just got started with BP and am trying to practice analyzing deals when I find listings. I know these expenses definitely vary depending on specific situations, housing types, location etc, but would anyone be able to provide typical monthly expense values in the Morris County Nj area for a single unit in a multi family, for example. Looking for electric, water/sewer, waste disposal, insurance, and any other typical monthly expenses (assuming these are complete separate from HOA fees).

Thanks a lot & I look forward to discussing with some of you !
