I was listening to podcast 142 today and Josh and Brandon were giving tips on being a real estate investor. I have also heard this on other podcasts as well. People are recommending to find a realtor that has investing experience. I'm not sure I understand why, and I want to know what I missing because right now my realtor does not invest. With that being said, the two realtors in my town that do invest seem to be buying all the time. Wouldn't they want all the best deals for themselves before calling me? Or is the hope, they can't buy everything and some would come my way? Just curious on peoples thoughts.

Hi, my name it Tyler. I own and operate a construction company that specializes in lake home properties in southern Maine. I started my real estate career shortly after college when I purchased a 3 unit apartment building that I lived in for 8 years. I have since purchased two more duplex's and flipped two single family homes. I'm looking to gain knowledge and continue growing in real estate investing.

Looking to invest in property management software. I manage my own properties and I'm looking for a very simple way to track rent, maintenance, etc. Some units I own and others I have partners with. Thanks for the help.

I have been listening to several podcasts where people talk about cash out refinancing their property and the money is tax free. How is the money tax free? I'm located in Maine
