Do you need help with the data side, or the mailing side? I work with a handful of investors marketing to undeveloped land owners

All of the above

I have attempted to try to hire a couple of individuals to help with direct mail, SMS, or other types of campaigns for off-market raw land-only deals.

Does anyone have any recommendations or had success for finding off-market raw land?

Thanks!

@Tristan Gardner Thanks for the input. Yea I use August for all of my short terms with varying degree of success; it seems they are always having issues. The temporary wireless might be my only solution.

@Nathan Gesner Thanks for the input, I was really wanting something that I could control in order for the code to not get misused.

To answer your question this is new construction so very little maintenance, everyone is on e-pay, and all leases are signed through DocuSign. We will see how it works. Obviously, someone from my team would visit the property once per month for inspections; I'm just trying to keep overhead low and not add a full-time person in this location to start.

Question:

I own a property management company and my team is about 5 hours away from a new 50 door complex.

I am looking for a temporary door lock to put on the vacant units to allow a remote showing after the background has been cleared. The complex doesn't currently have wifi so the usual suspects of smart locks don't work.

Does anyone know of a lock that may work, something similar to a supra key but for consumers?

Thanks In Advance!
