@Tom S. They are selling off there portfolio as they are retiring. One this year one next and I know someone who could afford a down payment but not be able to do cash all at once. I'm just not sure how to do the paperwork is it the same as a standard wholesale?
I have a seller who is negotiable on there property and had it fully paid off can I negotiate a wholesale deal with them if I know someone who could do a down payment on it?

Thinking about buying a real estate wholesale kit. Mostly for the contracts and agreements. Are they worth it?
