Hello BiggerPockets community!

I'm Ty, an urban planner in LA! 

After a hiatus, I'm diving back into real estate with a focus on wholesaling. With a solid background in housing policy, I'm eager to connect with fellow investors interested in distressed properties. 

I'm halfway through my real estate licensing course and on the lookout for a mentor who knows the ropes of wholesaling. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.
