Hey @Will Fraser, thanks for the advice. That’s a great idea to ensure you and the GC are on the same page and to ensure good work is done. I will be putting that to use!

@Jerryll Noorden Thats awesome! If you could send a link to your website I would love to take a look at how you structured it. I totally understand the value of SEO in today’s market and definitely understand that it needs to become a top priority for MOST companies in MOST industries. Very cool to see you doing so well with a website.

@Jerryll Noorden Great advice! Thanks Jerryl. Would you say that mailers are your best source for leads? If so, what demographics do you typically look for?

Hello BP community,

I am about 3 months in on my wholesaling venture in the Twin Cities market. I am currently driving for dollars and starting my first mailing campaign, as well as assembling a buyers list. I have made numerous fruitful connections through BP so far which is awesome! Thanks BP! I am now looking to brainstorm with other wholesalers on innovative ideas on how to get more leads and ultimately do more deals. I also am assembling a buyers list, so if you are interested in great deals on Twin Cities properties, let’s connect! Thanks.
