@Joshua Lyon I purchased 2 duplex units and an empty lot. One of the duplex buildings is rented and will not be needing rehab at this time. the other building had a tree fall on it and caused serious damage. A portion of the roof and the exterior wall is destroyed. I need the get the exterior repair done first to get the building dry again and then I will be gutting the interior. 

@Joshua Lyon I am a relatively new investor here in central Florida. I would love to learn more about flips and possibly get some recommendations from you about contractors in the area. I recently got a property over in Daytona that will be closing later this month that will require some serious rehab so any insights would be greatly appreciated. 

@Mike Dymski or @Bill F. I have been hearing about the power of index fund investing but admit I know little about it. Could either of you recommend some resource that would help me learn more and get a solid foundation on the subject? Any books you would recommend would be great.

I went to the Last meetup that ended up being canceled but there were a few of us already there so we still sat down and had a great conversation. I would agree with @Justin Stamper about the venue. Not sure I will be able to make it to the event on the 18th but look forward to the next time I can make it. 

I Have one property here in Orlando that is already cash flowing but I am currently looking to Find a few more. I am looking into using the brrr technique for my next investment but I don't know any contractors and have little to no experience with renovating. I would appreciate any suggestions for contractors in the greater Orlando area and any advice as it pertains to rehabs. 

This is my first post here on BP. I have been living here in Orlando for 6 years and have one rental property but am looking for my next opportunity.
