Hey everyone,

I’m working as a mortgage loan originator in the greater San Diego area. I’m a newbie to the site, and I’m enjoying reading the great forums. I graduated from Cal Poly SLO in 2014 with a degree in Business Administration, and before lending I worked in the HVAC field.

I’m looking forward to connecting with people and learning more from the investors and professionals of the site. Just to start some discussion, I’d love to hear what qualities you look for in a lender.
