@Kevin Sobilo that was a lot of great information. We are still going to remodel our house just wasn’t sure if there’s any advantages that I would be leaving on the table by skipping using my llc for that case. Thanks a ton.

Good Morning, is it safe or frowned upon to remodel your own home through your LLC if you're going to use the home as financing for other properties (heloc)? Thanks in advance look forward to hearing what everyone says.

@Michael Plaks ok this is what I was looking for. I'm going to confirm with someone who deals with this, but wanted help with what to ask basically.

So I own a business in the state of florida set up as an s corp. My question is could I use that structure to invest in rental properties out of state? I dont want to just invest as me personally without structure (liability reasons) really dont want to start a whole separate entity if I dont need to.

I'm 26 and new to investing and live in north florida. I have family in altoona and was wondering how the rental properties do up there. Zillow says rent can go anywhere from 550 to 800/ month is this true? Any advice for me? Choosing to buy up there because it's more what I can afford. Thank you!
