I am a fan of the Kansas City metro, especially the suburbs on the Kansas side like Olathe, and Overland Park and more. The northlands are also a great area to start investing in. Would love to connect!

Hey Kevin, I have an excel sheet full of contractors and sub contractors numbers you could check out. I also have a few personal recommendations. Would be happy to connect.

I have worked with many out of state investors from the California like yourself. I work in the Kansas City metro area though. I know that is not on your list but if you are interested i am always open to connecting.

I am biased to the Kansas City area. A lot of out of state investors have a good amount of success in the KC metro.

Hey Michelle,

As a new investor going the off-market route seems to be a bit easier for most. With that being said having your team in place is the biggest stepping block to having success in the real estate world.

Also zeroing in on what markets you want to work in is something you should probably think about doing. That will make it easier to truly understand the numbers if you only focus on a few areas throughout the US.

Hope this helps!
