Quote from @Bruce Woodruff:

My Dad was Air Force WWII...Welcome to the Forum!

So why do you want to get your RE license? To buy your own investment properties? It's not necessary for that use. Are you planning on being an agent and helping other people buy/sell houses?

Hey Bruce, thanks!

For now, I want to use a RE license to help buy my own investment properties through the MLS and deter fees for buying. While doing this, I'd like to think this would help stack some experience when I am out of the Air Force and want to become a full time agent. I figured getting my RE license now can only help the process. Let me know what you think Bruce.

Very Respectfully,

Hello and thanks for looking at my post. I currently need advice on what to do while pursuing my real estate license. I am stationed in Texas, but will be moving to Nevada in about 8 months. I wanted to get my real estate license but I do not know if it’s worth it to get my license in Texas before I move to Nevada. It is to my understanding that Nevada offers reciprocity on a Texas real estate license. Is this true? Also, is there a fee, if so, how much, and is it possible to start my quest for a Nevada real estate license while living in the state of Texas…. Or should I get my Texas license and get my Nevada license?

I apologize for all the questions, but I do need the advice. Anything will help. Thanks a lot.

Very Respectfully,

Tyler Casados
