Good afternoon everyone! I have seen a lot of people posting about Pace Morby and his Subto community. Pace and his team put out a lot of content daily and some people may think he is just being pushy for profits and questioning wether or not he is the real deal. Is the subto mentorship, or better described as a community, worth it??

I have been Subto member since November 2021 and I can, without any doubts, say it is hands down the best thing out there for any real estate investor or anyone who is looking to get out of their W2 and into the world of entrepreneurship. First off, when you join subto you are a member for life and the given never ends. It is a place for people of all backgrounds and experiences. There is no shortage of positivity.

The community is so much more than real estate. You will learn about wholesaling, subject to, seller finance, corporate structure, buying business, buying cars, buying everything by creative finance. You will gain access to the best contracts in the game. Pace never stops giving and pouring into his community. He wants to grow with us! If you want to learn more or have specific questions about the Subto community feel free to reach out and I'd be happy to connect with you and answer any questions you might have before making the decision to join.

Happy Investing!

@Joe Homs thank you for the advice. Based on that it definitely sounds like I can wait until I home some asserts. Currently I just have the home I live in to protect.

Good morning BP,

I'm in the infancy stages of my REI career. My goal this coming year is to build my education and purchase my first property.

I currently live in Orange County, CA AND I'd like to know where would be a good place to go for creating an LLC?

Thanks in advance for any advice you all can provide.

@Peter Mckernan thank you for the info! I will definitely checking these out. I’ve been sitting around long enough and I’m ready to start being proactive!

@Joe Homs @Charles Renn @Kyle Mccaw thank you all for the info.

What’s up bigger pockets community!! I’ve been wanting to get started in real estate investing for sometime now. Instead of just starting and trying to complete little tasks to increase my knowledge I tend to put it off and say the time will be better later. Well I’m tired of waiting and want to start being proactive. I would like to meet some like minded people or even people that are currently investing who I could shadow for a bit and learn some of the key thing to getting started. I recently moved to South Orange County, CA with my wife and two young daughters.

I guess my question is, are there any groups in my area who I could meet up with and start learning? I’m read to jump into to this head first, no more waiting!
