Hey there!

I'm new to BP and the real estate investing world, so any tips and advice would be very appreciated. I'm considering purchasing a short-term rental property in Myrtle Beach, SC. Does anyone have any recommendations of a good Real Estate Agent to use in the area?

Also, I live out of state so I would need a property management company for renters and such. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good property manager?
