That can be true but the agreement ends at the beginning of each period unless renewed?

Do residents that are under Month to Month agreements, but not a lease, qualify for the CARES eviction protections? We are looking to buy a Quad and are trying to determine what are our options. We will consult Council before we ultimately do anything, but we were wondering if there was some general advise. 

The Property is in Dayton, Ohio.

Just pay the $50 for a year subscription. I have gotten to the point where I can jump between realtor.com price estimator and rentometer to filter out 95% of the bad deals that I go through. It is worth the time you save. 

That they have a team. In the same way that we all need to build a team, having an agent that is able to establish and manage a team shows that they are worth your time more often than not.

In a world that often requires career specialization (I'm finance), I am looking to start focusing my networking on friendships / mentorships that help round out my knowledge and skillset. 

My specific question is: For more experienced investors, how do you wish you would have approached your mentorships? What would you do differently with hindsight?

We are in the planning phase of our first duplex unit (1st overall). When it comes to appraisals, what are you opinions/ experiences using cheaper but nice looking alternatives like roll on counter tops vs actual granite or more expensive options? Thank you for any newbie tips that you can send our way! I am attaching an example of what I am referencing. 

P.S. I am primarily interested in the impact on appraisal & cost-benefit analysis

If you are looking for lower, everyday houses then I would look for north of Dayton. Englewood, Huber Heights, and Fairborn. If you want to aim for higher quality houses and tenants, but with a higher barrier to entry then i recommend south of Dayton. Centerville, Kettering, Beavercreek, and down 75 South towards Cincinnati. Former is middle class affordable the latter is the upper end of the area.
