That’s another things I’m not super clear on is running math for number after refinancing and what to calculate. I am familiar with needed to wait 6-12 months on refinancing with most lenders.

Repair cost I didn’t dig into deeply, just put a rough number to get familiar with the process of analyzing. That’s really helpful on the cost of flipping between tenants.

I will be getting financing from a HELOC on my primary.

Looking to do long term (1year) lease. Possibly with voucher holders, I see a lot of potential there helping families while building wealth.
