Anyone invest in STR near Red River Gorge. Specifically looking into areas closer to Daniel Boone National Forrest and Cave Run Lake. Looking for any feedback or insisghs on the viability of the area and ease of setting up a team.

I would also like to include College Hill. Right up Hamilton ave from Northside and centrally located with easy access to Ronald Reagan and 75. Houses are getting bought up in a hurry and there is a ton of development going on in the business district along Hamilton Avenue backed by the College Hill Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation. College Hill is still under the radar in my mind but offers a ton of upside compared to the other well known areas like Madisonville,Oakley, and Northside, etc...

@Matthew Allen, Local to the area here. I would say 20k is possible given where you say the lot is located. Yosemite is far enough east and pretty close to Losantville Country Club that I think it could reasonably fetch between 15k-20k. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi All,

My Name is Tyler Begley and I am 25 years old. I am currently a regional sales representative and cover the Midwest. My goal is to reach financial freedom by purchasing SFH and Multi-families. I am currently located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Brandon and David have no clue but we have become close friends on my commute to work. I have been drinking the digital Kool Aid for about 3 months now just trying to absorb as much information as possible. I have no experience in Real Estate but eager to get started. I would like to attempt to house hack my first home "assuming the lovely and talented agrees" and start my quest. The goal would be to spend more time with my family and not have to travel for work in 7 years.

I'm looking forward to networking and building an epic team. Working to team names now.

Any and all help/advice is greatly appreciated!
