I used to work in Allston as a rental agent, no fee to the landlord to have your property in a brokers database. It will definitely help you screen tenants. you pay no fees, the potential tenant would be expected to cover all move in cost unless you say otherwise. it always cant hurt to reach out to some brokerages and see what they offer. I am looking to do the same and am curious about how closing went for you!?

Hi everyone. My name is Tyler and I currently live Boston MA. This market is very fast passed. I used to work as a rental agent to pay through college. My focus is in the greater Boston area for a multifamily investment property. There is a thriving college community that is eager to rent.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry; however, I have always taken an interest in real estate. This has brought me to my current job as a sales rep for a Marvin Windows design gallery. My day to day is on residential job sites with contractors, homeowners and architects.

I really have taken an interest in an owner-occupied unit to rent out but a little hesitant on getting started since the market is crazy. But I am looking to use my knowledge with guidance to hopefully buy a rental of my own.
