I'm new to bigger pockets and excited to get started investing, I plan to buy my first house hack either the end of this year or next year here in Salt Lake City or Ogden Utah, I'm close to both. I've been interested in real estate but I've been learning more about it recently.

My first question for everyone is how to find renters and people interested in renting in your area? And how do you deal with the insurance side of things?

I'm excited to be part of the community!
