@Tim Bartel explain info on neighbors info living near the property

I wanted to know if anyone uses the Pin 5 software from connected investors to find deals.  Do you like it?  Is it worth your time and investment?

@Account Closed you are correct that is the same house.  Thanks so much it took a lot and was a fun one to flip.  Unfortunately the profit margins on flips are shrinking in columbus.   The house across the street is  a concern and I am sure not a lot of great things are going on at that house .  My biggest expense was rebuilding that garage.  A young man who served 4 years in the Marines purchased the home. I'm sure he will take good care of the home.  How many rentals do you own?

@Filipe Pereira I would say trusting my gut!!  I started with a contractor in January and I just knew it wasn't going to work.  I fired him in the middle of my first flip and got a contractor who I love and is loyal and a hard worker.  I should have known from my gut feeling he wasn't the guy to work with in the first place.  Paying a little more for loyalty and great work ethic is definitely what I look for in a team member and like they always say you get what you pay for in life.

@David Vargas Thank you for the kind words.  I do it part time.  I own my own insurance agency in Powell Ohio .  I have been in business for 23 years.  Same business principals just a different product.
