Post: Mobile home financing

My wife and I were presented with an opportunity to purchase 20 mobile home units, all located in the same mobile home park in New York state. We have done the analysis, spoken with the park owners and met with the park managers and like what we have seen thus far. However, we are having a lot of trouble finding financing options since they are considered personal property. We have done the Google searches and most of what turns up for mobile home mortgages require it to be owner occupied. Any insight or recommendations on lenders for this type of situtation?
