Hi, I'd like to ask do you have to always have an ARV? Can you find nice houses that don't need repair for wholesale? How would this process work as far as ananlyzing and evaluating the numbers?

Hi Dejahn Renrick, congratulations! How impressive, really to me I'm a real newbie. I haven't done any deals yet I'm trying to learn. I'm trying to find the best resources that will really give me clear direction. I'm trying to understand all of the processes. It seems complex I aim to overcome with a little patience and much effort. I'm still looking for motivated sellers and then I have to figure out what next once I find someone. I'm reading all I can on how to talk to the seller to even see if they will let me be their broker. Dejahn I wanted to applaud you I working on being where you are and praying as I go.
