Hello,

We are looking for a real estate broker in Dallas/Fort worth area. My wife has her real estate "realtor" license and we would like to work with a broker for us to buy investment properties.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Tufan

Welcome... I am also in Irving. Let's chat later as I have access to MLS and CMAs.

The T&I is the Taxes and Insurance per month (3,335 + 1000 = 4,335/12 months=361.25). If you deduct that from the 1700 rent, cash flow is 1,339.

I was there too and I won the box of Godiva choclates :)

Thanks all for very useful information. I have attended the NTAREI meeting last night at the Richardson Civic Center. It was great to meet some vendors and other real estate professionals. I enjoyed listening to "Queen of Rehab" Robyn Thompson. For all DFW BPers, she will be back on December 6th and 7th to do a 2 day education. Looking forward to it.

Hey guys/gals. I am a new member in DFW area.

I recently attended CT Homes' 3 day course on Real Estate investing and I found the content very useful and interesting. It opened my eyes to a complete different world out there. Of course they asked for us to sign up for the Mastery program for $35K which I declined, which turned out to be the right thing to do after I read all about it here at BP forums :) As a matter of fact I ran into BP while I was searching for some reviews on the Mastery program.

I am working full time for a big software company and have been doing consulting in the area of "Business Intelligence". I have been in consulting for 21 years now. I make a good living but working 50+ hours every week is getting old and I am looking to diversify my income channel. I plan on doing this on the side for a while until I get some experience under my belt and go full time once I become comfortable with REI and can replace my current income with it.

I have been reading a lot here at BP and listening to Podcasts which have been very useful. I am learning all about marketing, wholesaling, rehabbing, flipping, buy-n-hold, notes, etc. I have not exactly decided where to start yet but whosaling and may be a small rehab sound like where I can start. I have started a new website with Realeflow and now learning the concepts and functionality offered. UBG is a great resource. Kuddos to BP.

I would like to continue to get self education and start meeting some other professionals in the DFW area. Is there a regular group meetings? I am planning on finding an attorney and a CPA to get started with my trust and LLC (and may be an S-Corp).

Thanks,
