I'm looking for someone to help promote a townhome community in Florida. It is loaded with incentives(31K), and we are willing to pay someone 3K for each buyer/investor they provide that purchases a unit. Everything is in place...I can forward on an attachment with all the townhome details if interested.

Thanks
Jeff

Before you should sound off....there are developers that need investors for great returns on a short time period. Just because one experience blew up in our face you can't stop looking. Why don't you ask six of the previous pinnacle people that did get involved with this legit company! They all have gotten principle and interest back with Class D shares at a whopping 12% for a two month period. With that Class closed, their is opportunity with Class B shares now. And this class will be closed shortly also....and it will be over for this development(132 acres w/ 532 SF homes) in the best area in DFW!!! But your probly just a glass half empty guy anyway......

Low and behold...Robert Hendree(sp), called me this past Wednesday and wanted to offer a business opportunity with him...what is he thinking. Secondly, is anything happening to him. He said the conversation was being recorded for his safety. Of course he called from an unknown number...has anyone else heard from this guy??
