You can check out Allied Real Estate school. I am taking their online course right now. I am in Texas but they are based in Cali. I feel like their content is very thorough...especially the Promulgated Contracts unit.

Gautam Venkatesan I am almost done before I take the exam prep at Champions. The content is comprehensive. I was told I should take Principals first. At Allied Principals I and II are in one course. So it takes longer than the others. So far that was the toughest one for me. I also found that I prefer to have the hard copy books even though I'm taking it on-line. Good luck!

Guatam, I am currently taking online courses with Allied and plan to take the prep course in the classroom at Champions.

@Account Closed Thanks Joe. I appreciate that insight. I am actually between Plano and Lewisville. We are in a huge neighborhood that could almost be its own separate small town. I recognize you and like to read your posts being that you are experienced and in Dallas.
