Hi everyone! I need some suggestions or advice. I was talking to this seller about her wanting to sell her apartment complex and everything was going well and then I asked if we can get a your and all that. She proceeds to mention yea sure no problem. Call my agent. And at that moment. I kinda froze, so I wasn't sure how I can get a contract from her if she has an agent already and I have a buyer lined up. Any suggestions or advices?

Hi all! 

My name is Tim Wadsworth from Rochester NY  and I co-own and co-founder of Anderson & Wadsworth Corporation. It is a Real Estate/Development/Investment firm located in Rochester NY. 

My company is still in a start up stage. After months and months of seeking investors to invest in my business. One investor, after reading my business plan, told me to start small and build my reputation around Rochester area then go bigger. 

So with that being said, my partner and I decided to get into Real Estate and flip houses to rental properties to do whole sale properties and the likes. We are semi-new to this world and would love to find mentors who can take us under their wings and help us grow to be a successful business moguls. 

Little about me; growing up, I went through a lot of hardships and advertises in life. I became deaf at the age of around 5 years old and had a choclear implant. I can hear and talk just fine, even on the phone! Please don't feel bad for me or anything. I went to RIT and got my BA in Business and Criminal Justice from 2010-2014. At that time, I wanted to be a lawyer, and I felt that I didn't want to work long years and work for someone who would take the easy way out from my back. Know what I mean? So i decided to get involved in business and start my own company and tried to find investors, still no luck to this day. I will keep my heads up and find an investor, someone will eventually invest in me. I also have an MBA from Peaking University in China. (My ex wife is from China, so one time, we decide that she wants me to go to China and I decided instead of working, I go to school and get my MBA) I can speak in Chinese. I also know ASL! Back to the point, I am now currently getting my second masters, Master of Finances at U of R. 

With all that being said, I just wanted to introduce myself and get myself involved in the Real Estate World. I would love to have a mentor who can take me under their wing and guide me in this world of Real Estate! :)
