Hey Everyone,

I thought it would be interesting to hear some of the different criteria that you require on a SFR property before an offer is extended and why . Do you guys have a certain ROI, ARV, school rating, area average income, brick house, vacancy rate, etc. that you are looking for in all of your properties?

Thanks,

Thomas

Hey everyone!

I am new to bigger pockets and REI alike but since finding BP I cannot seem to get enough. I have been soaking up as much information as I possibly can and look forward to taking the plunge on my first deal.

I am mostly interested in buying and holding SFR's or multi-families if the right deal becomes available. I currently own a home in central Oklahoma but will most likely put it up for rent and move into something and rehab while I am there, refi, rent, and repeat. Hopefully my first few deals can get me going on my way towards my goal of being able to leave my corporate accounting job and live off the passive income and enjoy my life at a much higher level.

I am looking to get connected and start my RE network so if anybody has some good tips or live in the central OK area, I am always willing to listen.  I am excited about what the future holds now that I know it is possible to really be free of corporate America, although I am thankful for what I have been blessed with up to this point.

Thanks for reading and have a great day,

Thomas Wilson
