Hi guys, I've been driving for $$ lately and I came across a vacant property that is owned by big business company. Do I market the business address or show I try and find the owner of the company?? I need a little advice.. thanks in advance

I don't know much about New haven or Fairfield county I say pick a one strategy and and master it then move on to the next. Also with your credit score and funds you can easily get a fix n flip hard money loan.
