thank you for that great forum. they had me fooled. Like i said I spoke to my buddy and he told me the same story this guy just wrote about the company. I don't even want to waste 500 bucks if it goes no where. I have read a few of Roberts books. he must het some royalties from this company to use him in their scam. I won't be going back to their seminars.

I recently went to my second Kiyosaki seminar.  They at the end of course tried to sell everyone a package deal for a three day workshop. I spoke with a friend and he purchased a package from them and was not impressed as the company kept wanting more money from them.  Has anyone bought this workshop?  Do you recommend paying the 500 dollars for it?

I know this sounds like a dating site but its not.  It is a place where people get together for a number of reasons.  For us it would be local real-estate investors, and entrepreneurs here in the Austin TX and surrounding Austin area.  If there is anyone that has been to one of these meeting to contact me and let me know how it has gone for you.  I will also go to these meetings as I want to know more. The site is called meetup.com.

If I buy an acre of land and I want to put small houses or cottages on it that are lets say 1000 sq feet maybe two bed two bath, how many could I build?  I am just referring to size not zoning the property.

Thank you Jill Dewit for the welcoming. I searched around for a while before I found this website and so far I like it.

I came upon this site while I was researching how to open my own RV park.  I am here to learn and get as much information as possible before I start to put out a lot of money.  I have been to a few RV parks some really nice and some really bad.  To start with, I want to buy some land and lease it out to folks with RVS and boats.  Store peoples property.  Also to start with, I would be the one to keep up all the maintenance on the land.  If anyone has any tips or recommendations for me I would appreciate it.
